Why is my urine bright yellow?Updated a year ago

Our Prenatal Multivitamin and Vitality + Virility products both contain Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin). The "flavin" component to riboflavin is a bright yellow color and responsible for the change in urine color. So what you are seeing is a normal and natural bi-product of this water-soluble B vitamin. It does not mean that you are not absorbing the nutrients you need, or that it is too much for you. In fact, this is not harmful in any way.
