The hard part is, this topic is complicated, it’s not black and white. Let’s break it down: parts per billion (PPB) is not helpful when you have a known serving size - especially an exceptionally small serving size like ours. The daily serving of our prenatal multivitamin is less than 8 grams, around five blueberries to put the size into perspective.
