Orders cannot be rerouted to a different address once the order has been placed. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct shipping address has been entered at the time of ordering. Our fulfillment team begins working on your order as soon as it is received in order to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If you input the incorrect shipping address or fail to update your shipping address for a subscription order, we will not reship for free. We will offer a 25% discount for a replacement order to a correct address.
